Goat’s Wobbly Bridge

Gino Goat stood at the edge of the old log bridge, his knees knocking together like little drums. Below, the stream rushed and gurgled, and the bridge swayed gently with every passing breeze.

“I… I don’t think I can do it,” Gino whispered, his tummy twisting into tight, nervous knots.

His friends gathered close around him. Bella Bunny took one paw. Sammy Squirrel took the other, squeezing gently.

“You’re not alone, Gino,” Bella smiled warmly. “We’re right here with you, every single step.”

Gino took a shaky breath and placed one hoof onto the bridge. It wobbled beneath him. His heart pounded like a drum.

“Step, step, you can do it!” his friends cheered together, their voices bright and steady.

One step. Then another. The bridge swayed and creaked, but his friends’ paws held tight, warm and sure.

“Step, step, you can do it!” they cheered louder, cheering him on with every wobbly, courageous step.

Finally — thump! — Gino’s hooves landed safely on solid ground!

“I did it! I really did it!” he cheered, leaping with joy. His friends wrapped him in a big, warm hug, laughing and celebrating together.

Gino’s heart swelled with pride. Being brave felt so much lighter… when friends were right there beside him.

Lesson: Friends make brave steps easier.
