Finn Fox had a wonderful secret — he’d found the juiciest, sweetest berry patch in the whole forest! But it was tucked away, hidden and hard to find. How would his friends ever discover it?
Then, an idea sparked in his mind, and his tail gave an excited little wag.
He dipped his paws into the cool, squishy mud — squish, squish, squish! — and began to dance, leaving fancy, swirly footprints behind him. Big loops. Tiny zigzags. Even a wobbly heart shape here and there!
Soon, Bella Bunny hopped by and gasped. “Ooh, what are these?”
“Follow them and see!” Finn called, eyes twinkling with a secret smile.
Bella followed the trail, giggling at every swirl and zigzag. One by one, more friends joined in — hopping, tiptoeing, following the muddy path together, curiosity bubbling with every step.
At last, the footprints stopped… right at the sparkling, berry-covered bushes!
“Surprise!” Finn cheered.
His friends gasped with delight, munching sweet berries until their cheeks were stained purple, then slipping and sliding in the mud, tumbling into a silly, giggly dance.
Finn beamed, his heart warm and full. His simple idea hadn’t just found berries — it had created a whole afternoon of joy.
